Lakeside Middle School Core Facility Additions

65,000 SF The core facility addition consists of  a gymnasium/ auxiliary gym and a  19,400 square foot/ 1,100-seat  performing arts theater with a 2,000  SF lobby and practice rooms for chorus and band totaling 4,600 SF. Mr. Massoud Mohadjeri, while a principal at The Gibson Tarquini Group in Cherry Hill, was the project designer/Manager, involved from programming through completion of the project.  Roya Taheri, PhD was involved with coordination and construction administration/inspection of the project.
