4,205 SM(41,630 SF) The facility consists of 2 main wings of 100 beds, a senile dementia wing of 30 beds, and a 30 day-care capacity section. Attached to the building is a dormitory for nurses on the second floor, and a hospice care division on the first floor. Designed by Roya Taheri, PhD while at Chikuma Kobo Architecture firm, this was part of the Rose Garden health care complex in a scenic area, adapted to the local climate, addressed issues such as an earthquake line passing through thesite, difficult topography and Indoor Environment Quality issues such as odor, in a sustainable way.
